Shipping & Delivery Information

We despatch items throughout the UK, EU and Worldwise via Royal Mail or International Courier. All of our shipping services require a signature on receipt and ensure that the items you are purchasing are fully insured in the event of loss or damage during their journey to you. We try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible whilst at the same time providing a trackable and reliable shipping method. Charges for postage and packing are included alongside each individual item and are based on weight, size, value of item and destination.

Items are despatched within 2 working days and delivery usually takes 1-4 days depending on destination and customs clearance process. If for any reason we are unable to despatch within 2 days we will email you to let you know.

We insure each shipment until it is delivered to you. Once delivery has been confirmed then the responsibility of your purchased Pre-Loved items passes to you.

Some international destinations charge import duties and customs taxes for which you are responsible. Pre-Loved Chic is not responsible for any delays or charges caused by customs clearance processes.
